We have a child starting school, and we have a VA pre-pay program. We received the full bill for tuition room and board. We have filled out the "intent to attend" form for VA pre-pay, and that has been acknowledged.

Do we pay only the room and board? VA pre-pay, in their notes, said that tuition will be paid between September and November. This is our first time using this, and want to be compliant.
